Can I take B-Complex if I am pregnant?

Is it normal for my urine to turn yellow after taking B-Complex?

It is normal for your urine to turn yellow just hours after you have taken the B-Complex. This is nothing to worry about. The bright yellow colour is caused by a yellow-green colored pigment that is part of riboflavin (vitamin B2). Yellow urine means that your body has absorbed as much riboflavin as it required for the day and excreted any excess in your pee.

When is the best time to take B-Complex?

Research suggests you can take B-Complex when it's convenient for you. We'd recommend earlier in the day and with a meal and water to help absorption. Avoid taking with caffeine as this can prevent absorption and increase excretion.
