You can take all of your supplements at the same time, and if you do, we recommend earlier in the day and with a meal and water to help the absorption of the vitamins and minerals. Avoid taking with caffeine as this can prevent absorption and increase excretion.

Vitamin and mineral supplements are not medications and are not designed to cure illnesses. However, if you are deficient in a particular nutrient it's likely you'll notice a difference very early on.

We wouldn't recommend taking supplements that are past their expiry date as after this date the active ingredients might be less effective. The expiry date of your supplements is on the label.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on a personalised Suplibox but all other products can be returned within 14 days provided they are unopened and in perfect condition. Once we receive the product, we will happily refund your purchase minus a restocking fee. If you wish to return a product, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

When you sign up to Suplibox, you receive an “activate your account” email. You need to click on the link and choose a password. Once you have done this, you can log in to your account. If you can’t find the email just get in touch here and we’ll resolve it for you.
We will take payment from your chosen payment method. Subscriptions will auto renew every 90 days to make sure your Suplibox subscription is not interrupted, unless you make any amendments to your subscription.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the 'Account' section of the website, using the email you signed up with. From there, you click on 'Subscriptions' where there is a red button labelled "Cancel subscription". After you have cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our normal delivery advice is to allow 3-5 working days to receive your Suplibox in Benelux, 5-7 working days to most European countries and 10-14 working days for international deliveries outside of Europe (to most countries). However, due to the retrictions that are in place as a result of Covid-19, both Suplibox and our customers may start to experience delays for deliveries. We will keep you updated if we experience any significant delays and will try to deliver your Suplibox as soon as we can.
